What your day-to-day life will be like 😊:

Scheduling occupational examinations: adimensional, periodic, dimensional and change of function, according to the forecast or demand planned by the health service, in agreement with HR management;
Schedule, summon and send employees for the specific complementary examinations defined by the PCMSO;
Controlling the performance of complementary examinations, by receiving the results, making notes, filing them and calling the employee in for a medical examination;
Carrying out nursing care for employees according to their complaints by checking vital signs, administering medication according to a doctor's prescription, performing sutures, dressings and other nursing care;
Controlling absenteeism data by receiving, typing up and filing sick leave and forwarding cases requiring medical consultation;
Providing urgent/emergency care by carrying out up-to-date and appropriate technical procedures;
Controlling medicines and medical supplies by filling in spreadsheets or inputting data into a specific program;
Control statistical health data by filling in spreadsheets or inputting data into a specific program;
Giving lectures and training (orientation, general first aid, DSS, AIDS, etc.) using appropriate teaching resources, according to their level of education and training;
Participating in the implementation of new programs through refresher courses;
Participate in educational campaigns by disseminating local and/or corporate information;
Checking occupational tests for special groups by carrying out specific complementary tests (every six months) defined for the job;

Requirements and qualifications:

Completed high school.
Nursing technician training, specialization in occupational nursing, business knowledge, teamwork, good internal relations, good communication, first aid, health management system relations.
